By accessing or using AI Visibility Validator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AI Visibility Validator is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes the visibility of businesses across AI-powered search and recommendation systems including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others. The Service generates reports based on AI platform responses at the time of query and does not guarantee specific outcomes or placements on any platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Accounts may not be shared across organizations without explicit written permission.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free tier after a reasonable grace period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
Report usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused reports do not carry over.

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of AI Visibility Validator. Report outputs generated by the Service may be used by you for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of any business information you submit to generate reports.
Agency and Professional plan subscribers may use the Service under their own branding for client delivery. Resale or sublicensing of the platform itself is not permitted without a separate written agreement. White-label users are responsible for ensuring their clients comply with these terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF REPORT DATA. AI PLATFORM RESPONSES ARE INHERENTLY VARIABLE AND MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. AI VISIBILITY VALIDATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON REPORT OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI VISIBILITY VALIDATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a jury trial.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
